Baby Massage

Baby massage gives the opportunity for caring skin-to-skin contact using natural oils to enhance the experience. All the senses are stimulated in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. A specific stoke sequence can be learnt, beginning with gentle opening movements and leading to deeper massage to promote strength and flexibility. This close contact will help parents to observe and understand their babies needs.

What the classes cover

Babies love being touched by a loving hand and enjoy being in the company of other babies. Practised on a regular basis, you will find that baby massage will become intuitive and spontaneous and will provide the basis upon which your child will develop both physically and emotionally. The class is suitable for babies from 6 weeks to 6 months.
