Birthlight Cambridge is a unique centre for active birth, pregnancy and parent/baby classes. You will find a friendly haven in which to enhance your experience of pregnancy and life with a new baby.

Run by Sally Lomas, a highly qualified teacher with over 10 years experience, you and your baby will be nurtured with specialised individual care whilst enjoying the opportunity to make new friends. All classes include yoga stretches, breathing techniques, relaxation and time for discussion.

Sally has just been awarded 'Best Antenatal Class' in the Local Award section of the 2008 What's On 4 Little Ones? awards. more.

Birthlight Cambridge also represents other like minded teachers Amy Ellis, Victoria Ward and Gillian Nevin.
